What areas does your business cover?

Our maintenance business mainly covers Painswick, Nailsworth, and Birdlip.

However we also have regular customers in Sheepscombe, Cranham, Edge and some areas of Cheltenham

Our dry stone walling covers the whole of the Cotswolds.

Gutter Clearance

We can clear moss, leaves and other unwanted debris from gutters and downpipes, thus helping to prevent blockages. Our fantastic gutter vac is able to reach 45ft and access tricky spots. Phil is also happy going up his ladder to second storey heights. Many of our customers schedule an annual gutter clearance with us.

Soft Washing

We can remove stubborn marks from property walls. Our system cleans render, upvc, stone and brick. Please prebook this with us.

Moss Removal

We use a chemical free approach. Our moss removal service involves using a special tool designed to fit your specific roof tile to gently scrape away the unwanted moss.

We only provide this service is your roof can be safely accessed,please speak to Phil regarding this. This approach comes at a fraction of the cost of expensive roof chemical treatments. Space usually available but we need 2/3 weeks notice.

Garden Maintenance

We provide general maintenance of gardens including annual tidy ups (of leaves etc) or regular hedge trimming, rose pruning etc.

Window Cleaning Service

Reaching windows up to 45ft, we clean sky lights, roof lanterns, orangery roofs, and more! We have plenty of experience in cleaning very old, delicate and leaded glass .

How regularly do you clean windows?

We are happy to suit your personal cleaning requirements.

The vast majority of our customers' windows are cleaned every 6-8 weeks.

Can you do the insides?

We recommend cleaning the interior of your windows as often as possible- as glass obviously gets dirty on both sides!

We can clean the insides for you occasionally if required. Please prebook. We are always happy to clean 1 or 2 windows or doors on the inside for you without prebooking.

What method do you use?

We switched to the pure water pole system in 2009 in order to reach third storey windows safely and to clean glass roofs. We are so happy with our pure water method (we make up all the pure water ourselves every day) that we now use it on all of our customers windows and frames including on leaded windows. We are no longer taking on new traditional method cleans.

What is the Pure Water System?

It is water that has been completely purified using a filter system to remove impurities. The water is tested each morning to check it is totally pure and will dry spotless. We use extendable poles with brushes to thoroughly clean the glass and frames and then rinse it off. The windows will stay wet for 5-10 minutes following cleaning and will dry smear free. We check every window to ensure it has dried clear. Our system is fully portable so we can access properties easily without having to park right outside if need be. We are very confident in this method.

Do I have to be in?

As with all of services the answer to this is No. If access to the back of the property is required we can pre-book your clean or make appropriate arrangements.

Gutter Cleaning

Using our pure water system we also offer (at a fab price!) a full clean of the outsides of gutters/ fascias and down pipes as well as rinsing off any windows or doors that have been dripped on-This is something other companies don't do! This makes a huge difference to the appearance of your gutters especially if they are/were white!

Pressure Washing

For our regular window cleaning customers we offer patio, decking and path pressure washing. We can remove stubborn algae and debris making your garden safer and less slippery under foot, as well as improving the look of seating areas. Our prices are very reasonable.
